After nationwide medium-wave radio broadcasting is discontinued, a team of radio technicians sets out for the small village of Liblice, home to the largest ground-based transmitter in Central Europe. The transmitter is supposedly deactivated—but all remote measurements indicate that it’s still transmitting and receiving signals! What? To whom? And why?
